About AdsClap

Built for Publishers.
Not Around Them.

AdsClap is a Google MCM partner that exists to make publisher monetization transparent, data-driven, and genuinely publisher-first.

Our Mission

Fix what's broken in publisher monetization.

Most MCM partners operate as opaque middlemen. Publishers hand over inventory access and hope for the best — unclear terms, black-box optimization, and no real visibility into what's happening with their ad revenue.

AdsClap exists to change that. Every tool we build, every process we design, starts from one question: does this give publishers more control and better outcomes?

If the answer isn't yes, we don't ship it.

Our Vision

An ad ecosystem where publishers, partners, and advertisers all benefit from AI-driven transparency.

We're building tools for all three sides of the ecosystem — not just extracting a cut from one. Because the ad industry works best when every participant has access to clear data, fair terms, and technology that actually improves outcomes instead of obscuring them.

Long-term, AdsClap aims to be the MCM partner that publishers never need to leave — because the relationship actually works.

What Makes AdsClap Different

We're not another legacy ad ops shop that bolted on MCM. AdsClap was built differently from day one.

MCM-Native, AI at the Core

Most MCM companies are legacy ad operations teams that adopted MCM after Google retired the old SPM program. AdsClap was built MCM-native from the start, with AI woven into every layer — from publisher eligibility scoring to real-time yield optimization.

Publisher Yield First

Other partners optimize for their own margin. We optimize for publisher yield first — because sustainable publisher growth is the only way the model works long-term. If your eCPMs don't grow, the partnership doesn't make sense for either of us.

Terms You Can Actually See

Your revenue share is baked directly into the MCM invitation from Google Ad Manager — not buried in a 40-page contract. You see the terms before you accept. Clean exit anytime, no lock-in, no penalties.

Proactive Monitoring

Our AI doesn't just optimize yield — it actively monitors traffic quality, eCPM trends, and policy risk signals. The goal is to catch problems early, before they turn into revenue drops or account flags.

How We Operate

Three principles that guide everything we do.

Clean Ops

Disciplined onboarding. Structured account audits. Repeatable processes that don't depend on a single person's judgment. When something goes wrong, the process catches it.

Transparent Terms

Revenue share visible in your MCM invitation. No hidden fees. No surprise deductions. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you agree to anything.

Repeatable Optimization

Not one-time tweaks or magic numbers. Systematic, AI-driven optimization that compounds over time — floor pricing, demand allocation, quality scoring, all running continuously.

What Is MCM, Exactly?

Multiple Customer Management (MCM) is a feature in Google Ad Manager 360 that lets authorized partners manage ad inventory and accounts on behalf of publishers.

Google introduced MCM to replace the older Scaled Partner Management (SPM) program, which had transparency problems — publishers couldn't easily see who was buying their inventory or what terms they were operating under. MCM was designed to fix that.

Under MCM, the relationship between a partner (like AdsClap) and a publisher is formalized through Google Ad Manager with clear delegation types:

  • Manage Account (MA): The partner manages within the publisher's own Ad Manager network. The publisher keeps their account, their data, and all permissions. This is the model AdsClap primarily uses.
  • Manage Inventory (MI): The publisher delegates specific inventory to the partner's account. The partner manages it in their own network.

The key difference from the old model: everything is visible. The terms are in the MCM invitation. The publisher retains control. And switching partners is a clean, documented process.

Clarity. Stability. Growth.

If that's what you're looking for in an MCM partner, we should talk.
